Join Polly while she shares how she caught hundreds of dollars of medical charges in error on her bill. The physicians were not tracking the billing properly and the office staff billed BOTH the insurance company AND the customer, Such action is a federal offense and the Physical can and lose his license. Just because you get a medical bill does not mean the insurance company isn't investigating the charge to pay it. DON'T pay a bill before you contact your insurance provider.  EVen worse, the physicians are collecting the deductible multiple times..... It's your money, keep a close eye on it ! and report any illegal dealings.
