24 | How many times can I say "let them" in one episode? The limit does not exist.



I saw a post by Mel Robbins about the "let them" theory a couple of weeks ago, and it has genuinely changed my mindset, perspective, and life since. I think everyone can benefit from hearing this, so I wanted to share it with you all. I'm talking through what this theory/mindset means, its implications in my own life, and why I think it's so important.

What's IN and what's OUT in 2024

45 | LET'S TALK ABOUT BOOKS! As we near the end of the year, I thought it would be fun to review the books that I read in 2023.
